If the Item Name does not search while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

If Item Name does not search while billing, then this issue can be resolve. To know the process tthe user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Advice'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

 

  • An 'Advice' window will appear.
  • In 'Fast Advice Searching on History in 1-Item 2-Item & Party 0-No' option, the user will select '0'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can search item name as per the requirement.

Ans.2

1. Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

2. A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

3. The user will mention date and press 'Enter' key.

4. A 'Ledgers' window will appear, in which the user will select ledger which bill needs to be created.

5. Now, again press 'Enter' key.

6. An 'Items' window will appear.

7. The user will press 'F5' key on items window.

8. An 'Index' window will appear, in which the user will select 'Find Name' and search the item name which needs to be load in the bill.
