If cursor does not wait on M.R. (Salesman) while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If the cursor is not waiting on the M.R. option at the time of billing then this issue can be resolved easily.
In order wait cursor on the M.R. option, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Salesman'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Salesman' window will appear.
- In 'from Master/Direct/Loop/Blank/Series/diRect<series>' option, the user will select 'L'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will ask for salesman(M.R.) while billing in Marg Software.
1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
2. A Control Room window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search in All’.
3. The user will Search 'Area' and click on ‘Accept’.
4. An 'Area' window will appear. In 'Bill on name/Code/Dl no/State/MR/Mobile' option, set 'N'.
5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
6. Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
