If Sale Rate auto change at the time of Billing then this issue can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

Suppose rate of 'Crocin' in Item Master is Rs 10 but at the time of billing Software auto change it to Rs. 11.

In order to resolve this issue, he user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledgers .

• The user will press 'F3' key on the Ledger in whose billing rate is getting changed.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The user will select 'Other Detail'.

• The party other detail window will appear.

• In 'Rate+/-', the user can view that some percentage has been mentioned. 

• The user will mention the '0'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key  to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Software will not auto change the sale rate at the time of billing.
