In Marg Software if the user needs to post Patient Balance in particular Ledger or Party in Retail Setup then it can be done easily. With the help of this option patient bills balance will get post in that particular Ledger or Party.

In order to set Patient Balance Posting in Ldeger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• While creating Sale Bill, the user will press 'F2' key on patient field.

• A 'Patient List' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on the particular patient whose posting needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Mohan'.

• A 'Patient Detail' window will appear.
• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on the particular ledger in which balance needs to be post.
• Suppose select 'Mohan Pvt. Ltd'.

• Now the user can view Patient posting has been set.

After following the above steps, the user can set Patient Balance posting in Ledger in Marg Software.
