Process of Ask Sale Rate in Retail Billing in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF ASK SALE RATE IN MARG SOFTWARE

With the help of Marg Software the user can easily set the software to ask the sale rate for every bill separately. Which facilitates the user to do billing on the different rates of different bills.

PROCESS OF ASK SALE RATE IN WHOLESALE BILLING IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. Then user will Search 'Ask Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Ask Rate' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Sales Rate Y-Bill wise/E-Entry (Start)/A-Entry(After)' user will select 'Y'. 

• In ‘Ask in B-Both R-Retail W-Wholesale' user will select 'W'.

• The user will now press 'Escape' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps the software will start asking sale rate in every bill in wholesale billing.

•  Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear the user will Search 'Ask Rate'.

Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Ask Rate' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Sales Rate Y-Bill wise/E-Entry (Start)/A-Entry(After)' user will select 'Y'. 

• In ‘Ask in B-Both R-Retail W-Wholesale' user will select 'R'.

• The user will now press 'Escape' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps the software will start asking sale rate on every retail bill.
