Process To Create Sale Bill In Marg Software

PROCESS TO SET TCS CALCULATE AFTER GST IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'TCS'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'TCS' window will appear.
• In 'TCS on Sale Y-Amount+All Tax O-Amount+GST E-Amount N-No', option the user will select 'O'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO CREATE SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Suppose the user creates a sale bill, where the Value of Goods '1000', and Tax is '280'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the bill.

• A 'TCS Alert' window will appear where the user will click on 'Yes'.

• The user can view TCS will get charged.
• (Amount+GST) * 0.075% = TCS
• (1000+280) * 0.075% = TCS
• 0.96 = TCS
• TCS will display with GST ( 280+0.96 = 280.96 )

After following the above steps, the user can charge TCS after GST in Marg Software.
