• Go to Transactions > Sale > Challan.

• A 'Sale Challan Entry' window will appear.
• In 'Date' option, the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '31-03-2024'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select a particular ledger whose quotation needs to be loaded.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• In 'No.' option, the user will mention the entry number as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'C01'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+T' key.

• A 'Load Bill' window will appear.
• In 'Quotation No' option, the user will mention the quotation number that needs to be loaded.
• Suppose mention 'OT000002'.

In 'Batch Selection' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. FIFO: Select the option if needs to load the Item batch on a FIFO basis.

b. Issued: Select the option if needs to load the Item batch accordingly.

Suppose select 'FIFO' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user can view that all the quotation items and other details are being displayed.
• Press 'F10' ley to load Quotation.

Note: The user can edit the Qty to load in Challan by pressing 'Enter' key.

• The user can now view the quotation items that will get loaded in the Sale Challan. 

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the entry.

After following the above steps, the user can Load Quotation in Sale Challan in Marg Software.
