If Patient / Customer detail does not Display in Retail Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if Patient/Customer details are not displayed in Retail billing then it can be resolved easily.

In order to display Patient/Customer details in Retail Billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Click On'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • 'Click On' window will appear.
  • In 'Load Customer Status on Right Side windows N-On Click Y-Show D-Default', option the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Patient/Customer details will get displayed in Retail Billing in Marg Software.
