How to Generate Patient Code Auto in Chemist Setup of Marg Software ?

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Save Patient Code'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Save Patient Code & Name automatically if not exits on saving', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now suppose the user mentions a patient named 'Pihu' and press 'Enter' key.

• An alert of 'New Patient Want to Feed Details?' will appear click on 'No'.

• Thereafter, the user will load item and press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the bill.

• Click on 'Save Bill'.

• Thereafter, the user can view a code will auto-generated for the patient.

• Now onward the user can directly mention this code to auto pick the patient name in sale bill.
• Suppose mention 'HD'.

• The user can view the Patient Name will get auto pick in Sale Bill.
