Process To Set CSV Format In Party Ledger In Marg Software

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the Ledger whose challan needs to be exported in CSV Format.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• The user will click on 'Other Detail' option.

• In 'Export Bill format' option, the user will select 'CSV'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

Process To Export Selected Challan In CSV Format In Marg Software

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Challan.

• The user will Select the options as per the requirement i.e. challan no, challan date etc. and then press 'PageDown' key.

• The user will press 'F11' key on a particular entry that needs to be saved into CSV format.
• Suppose select 'CA000001' and press 'F11' key on it.

• The user will select 'Save Bill' option.

• The software will automatically pick the default path where the CSV file will be saved and the user can also edit the path (if required).
• Click on ‘Accept’ button.
