In Marg ERP Software, if the user needs to disable ask extra text field, the user can resolve this issue easily.

In order to disable Ask Extra text field while billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will select 'Batch'.

• The user will search 'Ask Text Field' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Ask Text field for detail 1 (eg Design/Manufacturer/Mobile ID)' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Ask Text Extra field will be disabled while Billing in Marg ERP Software.
