How to view Near Expiry item at the time of billing in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software allows users to view Near Expiry items during billing, helping identify products that are close to their expiry date before sale.

 

In order to view Near Expiry item while billing, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• The user will enter the date as required.
• Suppose enter '24-06-2026'.

• The user will select the Ledger as required.
• Suppose select 'B.LAL & SONS' and press 'Enter' key.

• Press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user will select the item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Brufogesic'.

• Press 'F8' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Near Expiry Item highlight in Red colour while billing in Marg ERP Software.
