In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily add or less some % from the Rate of Item while billing. The user has the facility to increase or decrease the rate of already loaded items or New items.

• An 'Acnederm Lot' Item Rate-A is '10'.

In Order to know follow the below mentioned steps:

• Suppose the user needs to increase the Rate of New items in Bill.
• Press 'F6' key.

• The user will enter the percentage, i.e., how much % of the rate needs to be increased or decreased from the rate of the item.
• Suppose mention '10%'.

Note: If the user needs to decrease the rate, then the user needs to use the (-) sign before the %.

Now, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. New: Select the option if needs to Add or Less % from the Rate only in that item which will Load in Sale Bill after enabling this option.

b. Old: Select the option if needs to Add or Less % from Rate in already Loaded item of Sale Bill.

Suppose select 'New'.

• The user will press 'Enter' key and select the item as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'
• Earlier, the Rate-A was Rs. 10.
• After mentioning the 10% = [10+(10*10/100)] = Rs.11

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Rate of Item will Auto Increase in Marg ERP Software.
