In Marg ERP Software, if the user wants to view the purchase detail while billing then the user can press either 'F9' or 'F6' function key.

In order to view the Purchase detail of a particular item while billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, the user will press 'F9' function key on blank line on sale entry window.

• A 'Detail of' window will appear. Select 'Purchase detail' option.

• An 'Items' window will appear in which user will press 'Enter' on the selected item.

• Suppose select 'Acnedrem Lot'.

Then the user can view purchase detail of selected item.

Note:- Then user can also use the 'F6' function key on the item list to view purchase detail of a item.
