• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Code'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Code' window will appear.

• In 'Y-Item Code B-Barcode P-Product (part). Length [  ] in Bill' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Now also in 'Y-Item Code B-Barcode P-Product (part). Length [  ] in Bill' option, the user will mention the characters upto which the item code needs to be displayed at the time of billing.

• Suppose mention '2'

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the software will get displayed the item code of mentioned digits at the time of billing.
