How to Fix an alert of 'Already bill created for this Party' which appears at the time of billing in Marg Software?

In Marg ERP software if at the time of creating sale bill software shows as alert 'Already bill created for this party' then this issue can be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Go to Masters Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Repeat'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Repeat' window will appear.
  • In ‘Indicate -> Party Repeat in Sales Bill 1-No 2-Yes' option, the user will select '1'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice .

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the alert of 'Bill already created for this party' will get resolved.
