In Marg Software, if at the time of billing an item does not display then it can be resolved easily.

Suppose in the Item list the user can view the 'Acnederm Lot'.

• While billing, 'Acnederm Lot' is not displaying.

In order to display the Item while billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on a particular item that is not showing while billing.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• An alert of 'Item Discontinued' will appear.
• Click on 'Ok'.

• In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Continue'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item will get displayed while billing in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’.

3. Search 'Self Selection'. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Self Selection' window will appear. In ‘Self Selection Stype open the Item window with Batch’ set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’.

3. Search 'Item Window'. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. An 'Item' window will appear. In ‘Open Item Window with filter of Available Stock’ set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
