If cursor does not wait on Discount or Free at the time of Modify Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause: This problem appears Due To Net Rate Has Already given at the time of creation of bill.
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Transaction > Sale > Modify Bill .
- A 'Modify' window will appear.
- The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Sales As On' window will appear.
- The user will select a bill by pressing 'Enter' key .
- A 'Sale Alteration' window will appear .
- Click on 'Modify' .
- The user will keep pressing 'Enter'.
- On selected Item, the user will Press Minus (-) key to change field Net Rate to Normal.
- A 'Convert Entry' window will appear.
- In 'Convert Normal to', the user will select 'Normal'.
- The user will type 'SURE'.
After following the above steps, the customer cursor will wait on discount and free at the time of modify bill.
