If the amount of bill doesn’t appear at the time of viewing the sale book but displays after opening the bill in Marg Software?
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Go to Transaction >> Sale >> Modify Bill.
- A 'Sale Book' window will appear.
- The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.
- Now a ‘Sale Book As on’ window will appear.
- Then Press 'Enter' on the selected entry.
- Now a 'Sale Alteration' window will appear.
- Click on 'Modify'.
- Now when the cursor will stop on the sale type then press Space Bar or 'F2' function key on it. If the Cursor not wait sale type
- Then a 'Sales Type' window will appear.
- Select 'Local or Central' type as per the the requirement. All Sale Type not show
- Suppose select 'Local'.
- A 'Marg ERP Alert' window of 'Change Rate wise GST in Bill Modification' will appear.
- Click on 'Yes'.
- Then press 'Ctrl+W' and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the bill amount will get display.
