At the time of creating bill software showing an alert "No Challan pending" ?
If at the time of creating sale bill software shows an alert 'No challan Pending' so that this issue can be resolved:
In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “No Challan”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A No Challan window will appear
- In 'Bills Not Allowed Without Challans/KOT', the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps the 'No pending challan' alert get removed.
