Marg Software has a provision to view Top ordering parties report on the different basis:

1. Last Sale days bases.

2. Sales bases

3. Bills bases

In order to view the Top ordering Party report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on Date.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+S' key or click on the 'Filter' icon.

• A 'Filter For [Alt+S]' window will appear.

• Select 'Top Ordering Parties'.

A 'Top Order Parties' window will appear.

1. Sales bases in last: The user needs to enter the last sale days (i.e. How long does the user want to view the report based on the number of days sold).

2. Sales: Enter the sale amount as per the requirement.

3. Bills: Enter the number of the bills as per the requirement.

Suppose enter Last days '30'.

• Thereafter, the party will get filtered on the basis of defined days.

• If the user needs to export the list then Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print' window will appear.

• In 'Report' the user will select whether to view report with contact Number or without contact number of the Parties.

• The user will click on 'View/Excel/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Top Ordering parties Report will get generate.
