How to do Area wise Billing in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily perform Area Wise Billing. This option allows the user to maintain area details in the bills so that outstanding and various reports can be generated based on the selected area. It also provides detailed information about total sales for each specific area.

  • Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

  • The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

  • The user will search 'Bill Area' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Bill on Ledger Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y' option, the user will select 'A'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, the user can view Area field has been enabled in the Sale Bill.
  • Then press 'Spacebar' key.

  • The user will select the 'Area' as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'N.Delhi.

  • The user will select the ledgers as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center' and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can do Area wise Billing in Marg ERP Software.
