How to do Area wise billing in Marg Software?
With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily do area wise billing. This option facilitates the user to maintain area in the bills so that the outstanding and all the report can be generated on the basis of area as well.
It also provides the detailed information about the total sales on the basis of selected area.In order to know the process, follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Bill Area”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Bill Area window will appear.
- In 'Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y' option, the user will select 'A'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- After following the above steps, the area field will get enabled in the sale bill.
- In order to select area in the bill, user needs to press 'Space Bar' key on the 'Area' field.
- An Area Selection window will appear.
- The user will select the area as per the requirement then press Enter on it.
- Suppose select 'N.Delhi.
- Then the software will only show the ledgers created under selected area, so the user will select the ledger as per the requirement.
- Suppose select 'Ahuja medicine Centre'.
- After following the above steps the user can simply create the sale bill with the selected area.
