Process To Hide / Unhide Item In Sale Bill In Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE HIDE OPTION IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Hide' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Hide' window will appear.

• In 'View Hide Ledger & Item-Y Ledgers-L  Item-I  Hide All-N option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

PROCESS TO HIDE / UNHIDE ITEM IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user press 'F3' key on item which user needs to hide/unhide in sale bill.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• In 'Hide', the user will select 'Yes' to hide the Item or select 'No' to unhide the Item.

• Suppose select 'Yes' to hide the product.

• Now, Press 'Ctrl+W' key for save. 

After following the above steps, the user can Hide / Unhide Item in Sale Bill in Marg Software.
