Process to Hide or Unhide an Item in the Sale Bill of Marg ERP Software

Process to Enable Hide Option in Item Master in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Hide' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'View Hide Ledger & Item-Y Ledgers-L  Item-I  Hide All-N option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

Process to Hide or Unhide an Item in the Sale Bill of Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key for which the user needs to hide the item for the sale bill.
• Suppose select 'Acnedrem Lot'.

• In 'Hide' option, the user will select 'Yes' to hide the Item or select 'No' to unhide the Item.
• Suppose select 'Yes' to hide the product.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the item will be hidden in the sale bill of Marg ERP Software.
