How to Cancel All discounts if Challan Value is Less than or Equal to specific Amount in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the option to Cancel Discount facilitates the user to get aware about those challans which are less than or equal to some specific amount and at that point software will indicate and ask for further process. This will ensure that the user will not sale any product in a Loss.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • The user will search 'Cancle Discount' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Cancle discount if Invoice/Challan/Both value is <=' option, the user will select 'C'.

  • Now, the user will mention the value before which the software will cancel all the discounts charged in the challan.
  • Suppose mention 'Rs 500'.


  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, the user will create a Challan with a Value less than or equal to 'Rs. 500' and with Discount.
  • While saving, the user can view that Cancel Discount window will appear in which the user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Discount will auto Cancel in Sale Challan in Marg ERP Software.
