How to set software will cancel all discounts if Challan value is less than or equal to specific amount in Marg Software?
This option facilitates the user to get aware about those challans which are of less than or equal to some specific amount (as per user requirement), and at that point software will indicate and ask for the further process. So that the user will not sale any product in loss.
In order to know the process, the user will follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Cancel”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Cancle window will appear.
- In 'Cancle discount if Invoice/Challan/Both value is <=' option, the user will select 'C'.
- And, mention the value after which the software will cancel all the discount charged in the challan.
- Suppose mention 'Rs 500'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- After following the above steps, the software will give an indication of 'Cancel Discount' if the challan value is less than or equal to the defined value i.e rs 500.
- Also if the user need to continue challan creation , then simply click on 'Yes' otherwise select 'No'.
- Suppose select 'Yes'.
Now the software will remove the defined discount from the challan.
