• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Last Qty”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Last Qty' window will appear.

• In 'Edit last qty on key 1+ 2++ 3- 4/ 5No (eg +2)' option, the user will select the sign which needs to be used to edit the quantity.

• Suppose select '1' for '+' sign.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily edit the  quantity of last selected item. 

• Suppose we've selected an item and mentioned its quantity as '10' pcs but needs to change it with 20 pcs. 

• For this the user needs to press plus (+) key on the blank line (as shown below).

• Now mention the quantity with which the quantity needs to be replaced.

• Suppose we need to change it with '20' pcs so mentioned '20'.

• Now save the transaction by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.
