If Challan does not delete after loading it into Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Ans.1

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Delete Challan' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Delete Challan record after Loading' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

 Suppose created challan with number'CA000001'

• Now, load Challan into the Sale Bill.
• The user will select 'CA000001' Challan and click on 'Select'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that challan has been loaded into the bill and will be deleted from the Sale Challan Records in Marg Software.
