If the cursor is not waiting on the other head while saving bill from the end key then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Other Head”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An Other Head window will appear.

• In 'Others +/- ask on end key also', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the software will also ask other head on End key.
