Cause

Cess % has not entered in the item.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to enter Cess % in the item. To enter Cess % in the item please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

2. An Item list window will appear. Press 'F3' on selected item to feed CESS %.

3. A modify product window will appear. In 'Cess' option, the user will feed Cess % as per the requirement.

4. Then press Ctrl+W to save the changes.
