Overview Of Doctor Commission In Chemist Setup Of Marg ERP Software

• Marg ERP software has developed the option of doctor-wise commission for wholesale customers. This option provides the setup for the doctor commission, i.e., to select the party on which the doctor will get the commission, and on doing the sale of which item he will receive the amount of commission, etc.
• With the help of this option, the user can view the report of doctor wise commission.
• The user can also view this report on the basis of the selected doctor.

Process To Set Doctor Commission In Chemist Setup Of Marg ERP Software

• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Doctor Commission.

• The user will first create the doctor.
• Click on 'Add'.

a. Doctor Code: Mention the doctor code as per the requirement.

b. Name: The user will mention the name of the doctor.

c. Registration No: The user will mention the registration number for the doctor.

d. Clinic Address: Mention the Clinic Address as per the requirement.

e. Mobile No: Mention the doctor's Mobile no. as per the requirement.

Now the user will click on 'Save'.

• Now the user will click on 'Company Mapping'.

• The user will select the company of items for which the commission needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'A.N. Pharama'.

• In 'Min. Sale Amount' option, the user will mention the minimum sale amount for which commission needs to be set.
• Suppose mention '1000'.

• In 'Comm %age' option, the user will mention the commission rate as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10'.

• The user will select the period for the report based on which report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Monthly'.

• Similarly, the user will set for other items as required and click on 'Save' button.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• Now the user will click on 'Exit'.

• The user can view the doctor commission on the Item will get displayed.

Process To Create Sale Bill In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• In 'Date' option, the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '29-02-2024'.

• The user will select Patient and doctor as per the requirement.

• The user will select the item on which commission has been set for the doctor.
• Suppose select 'Ancal Tab'.

• The user will mention the item Qty and Rate as per the requirement.

• Then the user will 'Save' the bill.

Process To View Doctor Wise Commission Report In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Doctor Commission > Report.

• In 'Report For' option, the user will select 'Doctor'.

• In 'Period For' option, the user will select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Monthly'.

• In 'Select period' option, the user will select the month for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Feb 2024'.

Format: The user will select 'Detail/Summary' as per the requirement.

Select Company: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report for the selected company otherwise, keep it as 'All'.

Now, the user will select 'View/Print/GUI View/Excel' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• The user can view the Doctor Commission Report will be generated.
