• On 'Sale Entry' window, at the time of selecting Item the user needs to press Asterisk key (*) on it.

• Suppose select 'Becosule'.

• Now a 'Shortage & Order' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase Order, the user will feed qty of Purchase order as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '10'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger whose purchase order needs to be create.

• Suppose select Seagull Pharmaceuticals'. Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can create purchase order at the time of creating sale bill.

1. Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill .

2. Feed Date > Select Party .

3. On Item selection window press 'F7' key.

4. A 'Marg ERP + Accounting' window will appear > Click on Purchase Order > New Order .
