At the Time of Create Sale Bill How to See Outstanding of Party

In order to view outstanding of party at the time of creation of sale bill the user has to follow the certain steps:-

• Go to Transactions >> Sale >> Bill (ALT+N).Press Enter

• A Ledgers window will appear in which the user will select the ledger and press Enter key on the selected ledger.

• Then, the cursor will wait on the item selection the user will press the Enter key Two Times from the keyboard.

• An items window will appear in which the user will select the items.

• Now the cursor will wait on selecting another item then the user will press the F8 function key from the keyboard.

• Then a Ledger Selection window will appear in which user will select the ledger.

• Now the Outstanding window will appear in which the user will enter the date range and relevant details and then OK button.

• Then, the user can view the outstanding of a party as shown below.

By following the above steps the user can view outstanding of a party at the time of creation of sale bill.
