At the Time of Create Sale Bill How to Feed Notes of a Party

In order to enter notes of a party, the user has to follow the certain steps:-

• Go to Transactions >> Sale >> Bill (Alt+N).Press Enter.

• A ledgers window will appear in which the user will select the ledger and press Enter key on the selected ledger.

• After selecting the ledger when the cursor goes on the item selection user will press the Enter key Two Times from the keyboard.

• An Items window will appear in which the user will select the items.

• The user will press the "F5" function key.

• In Next window the user will appear in which user will select the Notes option.

• After selecting the Notes option a window will appear in which user can enter the notes.

By following the above steps the user can enter notes of a party at the time of creating sale bill.
