If some item display in Purple color or ' S ' sign display on Item then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause:
The ' S ' symbol on the Item or purple color of item indicates that Item's Special Rate has been set for the billed Party.
Solution:
In order to Remove ' S ' sign of Item or correct Item Purplr color, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- At the time of billing, the user needs to press 'F3' key on the 'Ledgers' window.
- Now the user will select 'Special Rates'.
- A 'Rates For' window will appear.
- The user will select 'All'.
- The user can view the special rate for the item 'Acnederm Lot' is mentioned here.
- Now the user needs to remove the mentioned Rate.
- Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view Item Purple Color and ' S ' sign will get removed in Marg Software.
