If software shows an alert 'Allowed Upto' at the time of modifying cash sales entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If the user is not being able to modify the sales entry of cash and software shows an alert 'Modify allowed upto' then this issue can be resolved easily:

In order to resolve the issue, the user need to follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

  • Password & Authority window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press Enter.

  • A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • Powers window will appear in which the user will search 'Sale' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Sale' window will appear.
  • In 'Sales Cashoption, the user can view that here the days upto which the modification is allowed has already been mentioned.
  • Suppose in our case 1 has mentioned.

  • Therefore, In 'Sales cashoption, the user needs to mention '999'.

  • The user will now press Esc key.

  • Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software

  • Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily modify the cash sale entry.
