If software shows an alert 'Allowed Upto' at the time of modifying sale return entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If the user is not being able to modify the sale return entry and software shows an alert 'Modify allowed upto' then this issue can be resolved easily:

In order to resolve the issue, the user need to follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press Enter.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Sale Credit' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Sale Credit' window will appear.
  • In 'Sales Creditoption, the user can view that here the days upto which the modification is allowed has already been mentioned.
  • Suppose in our case 1 has mentioned.

  • Therefore, In 'Sales Creditoption, the user needs to mention '999'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key.

  • Again press 'Escape' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again Press 'Escape' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily modify the sale return entry.
