• Firstly, Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the date of the entry as per the requirement.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party as per the requirement.

• Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• Now when the cursor will stop on the sale type then press 'Spacebar' or 'F2' key on it. If the Cursor not wait sale type

• The user will select the sale type 'Sample' and press 'Enter' key. All Sale Type not show

• The user will press 'Enter' key to select Item on this window.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the Item as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Amifru 40'

• The user will feed the Qty, Rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention Qty 1, Rate Rs. 26.81.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the Bill.

• Then select 'Save Bill' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can create sale bill entry of sample bill in Marg Software.
