In Marg ERP Software, the user can adjust the free qty and it will not effect by reducing the stock as the value of free qty will get added into the actual invoice value. In order to do, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Convert Free”.

• Click on ‘Accept’

• A Convert Free window will appear.

• In 'FREE Qty. convert in Amount (Net) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the free qty will get adjusted and it will not effect by reducing the stock as the value of free qty will get added into the actual invoice value.
