How to modify Sale Challan in Marg Software?
Ans.1
- Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Challan.
- A 'Modify' window will appear in which user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.
- Then press 'PageDown' key.
- The Sale Challan as on' window will appear.
- Select entry which needs to be modified then Press 'Enter' key on it.
- A 'Sale challan Alteration' window will appear.
- Click on 'Modify' tab.
- Then user has to make changes as per the requirement i.e party name, quantity, type, date, etc.
- Suppose add more item in challan 'Amlogard'.
- Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the challan.
- A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
- Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
