If at the time of creating bill software is asking for party bill number and user needs to disable it then this can be done easily:

In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear then user will Search “Party Bill No.”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Party bill No window will appear.

• In ‘Party Bill No. Ask/Y - ask/y (Don't save in  A/c)’ the user will select “N”.

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
