How to Disable Ledger window which appears at the time of Saving bill in Marg Software ?

If at the time of cash billing , software shows ledgers window (for maintaining outstanding) and user needs to disable it then this can be done easily:

In order to disable the ledger window, the user follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Separate Ledger'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Separate Ledger' window will appear.
  • In 'Separate Ledger & O/s required for Cash Sale' option, the user will select 'No'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the ledger window will get disabled.
