• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement i.e. Bill number, Bill date etc.

• Now the user can view all the retail bills created in the defined date range.

• The user will select that bill whose patient needs to be changed/added then press 'F2' key on it.

• A 'Bill Detail' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F2' key on Patient name field.

• A 'Patient List' window will appear.

• The user will select that patient name with which the existing patient name needs to be replaced.

• Now the user can view that the patient name has been replaced where the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, patient name will get changed in the selected bill.
