A Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software is a document that records the transaction of goods sold to a customer. It includes details like the items sold, their prices, and the total amount. This helps keep track of sales and facilitates billing for businesses.

Process to Create Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software

  • Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

  • The user will enter the 'Date' as per the requirement.

  • Select ledger whose sale bill needs to be created.
  • Suppose select 'B.Lal & Sons' and press ‘Enter’ key.

  • Now, press 'Enter' key to select the items.

  • Select the item that needs to be sold.
  • Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot' and press 'Enter' key on it.

  • The user will select Item’s Batch that needs to be sold.
  • Suppose select 'Batch No.: 435' and press ‘Enterkey on it.

  • The user will enter the Item’s Quantity as per the requirement.

  • Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the bill.

  • Then, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily create Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software.
