• Go to Transactions >  Sale > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.
• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• Now a ‘Sale Book As on’ window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on selected entry in which Tax status needs to be change.

• Now a 'Sale Alteration' window will appear.
• Click on 'Modify to modify the selected bill.

• On 'Qty' field, the user will press 'F2' key.

• An 'Item Levies' window will appear.
• In 'Taxable', the user will mention alphabet 'P' termed as Paid.

• The user can view 'Gst' value will get removed in Sale Bill.
• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Save Bill' to save the changes.

After follwoing the above steps, the user can change Item Status Taxable to Taxpaid in selected Bill of Marg Software.
