If software is not calculating the second discount at the time of billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of billing the software is not calculating the 2nd discount (however it is mentioned properly) then this issue can easily be resolved:
In order to do the same, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Discount Not Less”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Discount Not Less' window will appear.
- In '2nd discount Not Less in Bill <#7%>' option, the user can view that the sign of '#7%' has been mentioned there.
- Therefore, from '2nd discount Not Less in Bill <#7%>', option the user needs to remove that sign.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will successfully pick the 2nd discount in the bill.
