How to search ledger on station basis while billing in Marg Software ?
In Marg ERP software, the user can search party on the the difference basis i.e. Code, Area, Station, Mobile etc. as per the requirement.
To enable station wise billing in Marg software, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Bill on Ledger”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A Bill on Ledger window will appear.
- In 'Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y', option the user will select 'S'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
- After following the above steps, the user can search ledger on station basis while billing.
- For which simply, press 'F3' on it.
- Then a Station selection window will appear. Select station as per the requirement then press Enter on it.
- Suppose, Select 'Delhi'.
After following the above steps, the selected station all party will be displayed on ledger window.
1. Firstly, Press 'Shift+?' on ledger window while billing.
2. A search window will appear. In 'Station' option, the user will select 'Y'.
3. Now, select station as per the requirement then press Enter on it.
4. Then press page down key.
5. After following the above steps, the ledger will get filtered on the basis of station.
