With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily convert the bill according to the money available to the customer. Which facilitates the user to reduce their manual calculations of reducing quantities of the item according to the amount. However, software will automatically convert the quantities of the item as per the mentioned amount. 

Suppose the total bill value of the bill is Rs 1810 but the customer has only Rs 1000, so Marg Software will automatically convert that particular bill into Rs 1000 and adjust the quantities of items accordingly.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• At the time of billing, the user needs to press 'Forward Slash (/) key'

• A 'Conversion' window will appear. 

• The user can view the total amount of the billing. 

• And in 'Convert In', the user needs to mention the amount available to the customer.

• Suppose mention Rs'1000'.

• Now the user can view that bill has been converted according to the defined amount.

• Suppose we've mentioned Rs 1000 so software has reduced the quantities of the items (as per the amount) and converted the bill into Rs 810 (approx to 1000).

• Now simply, the user will save the transaction by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear. 

• The user will click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
