How to Convert Quantities of items according to the Amount available with the customer in Marg ERP Software ?

Suppose the total bill value of the bill is Rs 1810 but the customer has only Rs 1000, so Marg Software will automatically convert that particular bill into Rs 1000 and adjust the quantities of items accordingly.
In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:
- While billing, the user needs to press'Forward Slash (/) key'.
- The user can view the total amount of the billing.
- In 'Convert In', the user needs to mention the amount available to the customer.
- Suppose mention Rs'1000'.
- Now, the user can view that bill has been converted according to the defined amount.
- Suppose we've mentioned Rs 1000 so the software has reduced the quantities of the items (as per the amount) and converted the bill into Rs 810 (approx to 1000).
- The user will save the transaction by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.
- Click on 'Save Bill' button.
