In Marg Software the user can easily change the Patient Name after creating the Sale Bill.

In order to change Patient Name in Sale bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A ‘Sale Book As on’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the bill in which the Patient Name needs to be changed.

• A 'Sale Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Modify'.

• The user will press 'F2' key beside the 'Patient F2'  field in order to change Patient Name.

• A 'Patient List' window will appear.

• The user will select the Patient as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Patient 2' and Press 'Enter' key on it.

• Now, the user can view the Patient Name has been changed.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change the Patient Name in Sale Bill.
