How to display Only Available Stock of an Item while Billing in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Available Stock'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Available Stock' window will appear.
  • In 'Default show stock of N-All Item Y-Available Stock ' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Only Available Stock will display while billing in Marg Software.

Alternative Solution:-

Go to Masters => MARG Setups => Control Room => Search in All => Search---"AVAILABLE" => here is Two option will be show "Show 1-All 2-Not Zero 3-Available Stock" AND "Show 1-All 2-Not Zero 3-Available Stock" => Change Both options With "1" => Press Esc key => save changes Yes.
