Process to Paste Copied Bill in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW OF COPY AND PASTE BILL IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Copy Bill feature in Marg ERP enables the user to easily copy and paste the old bill into the current bill that is already been created of any customer/party for the same items demanded by any other customer.

PROCESS TO COPY BILL IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Suppose if a customer needs the same items of which the bill is already been created then the user will click on ‘Copy’ tab as shown below.

• A pop-up message of ‘Data copied to clipboard’ will appear.

After following the above steps, the selected bill items will get copied.

PROCESS TO PASTE COPIED BILL IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill. 

• Then the user will switch to the sale bill window or can also come to the new sale bill window.

• A ‘Ledgers’ window will appear.

• Select that party or customer which demand for the same items.

• Suppose select 'Pankaj Pharma'. Press 'Enter' key on it.

• Now, the user will paste it by clicking on the ‘Paste’ tab.

After following the above steps, the user can copy the bill and paste it in the new bill.
